Mini Tubbing the C5??
What is the widest wheel and tire can you fit once you mini tub? What are the performance results with mini tubbing? I know Vipers hook well with 18x12's and BFG's, but will a C5 have the same response if it rolls on the same type of wheel and tire?

I'm right at 500hp(flywheel) and when i added the 19x12 rims all i got was about 20% more traction.....so the cost/performance ratio obviously sucks. This mod is mostly just for looks.
But to anwser your original question, 12" wide rims are pretty much the norm on a tubbed C5, however there have been a few that went to a 13" wide rim and added wider rear fenders to cover them.
