Default Seat Problems HELP......

I've got a 99 with sports seats (2nd set) and am having a problem with lumbar and easy entry feature. The lumbar has stopped working and also the easy entry stopped working. Can anyone help me, this is the 2nd set of seats I've had. My first ones had a problem with the seat motor constantly running and the bolster on the drivers seat had worn through. The service guy said the motor needed to be replaced (1st set) at a cost of about $500. I found another set (light oak) on the forum sometime back and replaced the originals. The ones in the car now I've had about a year and a half, I also notice the memory has stop working for the seat and mirror but the HVAC and radio adjust automacticly when I push the memory button. I would think the problem is with the seat module but I don't know if this would effect the mirrors and lumbar any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.......

Check the harnesses that go into the seat module. Take the module off the seat bottom, and visually inspect it, or try holding the switch on the lumbar and mess with the wires going into the module to see if there is a bad connection. I was having similar problems with mine, and found a connector was cracked in the harness. It happened because the module is attached to the seat upholstery and the harness going into the module gets pushed up and down every time you get in and out of the car and it work hardens the metal connectors and they can crack.
