ls2 402, oil pressure problems

ls2 402, oil pressure problems
I got teh ls2 402 from tsp and initially had very high oil pressure, then pressure dropped completely and we shut it down. swapped the oil pressure sending unit and fired up--minimal oil pressure to begin with then 0 after a few moments. swapped the oil pump with another from tsp and still no oil pressure.

It could be the gauge in the car thats bad. Go buy a mechanical oil pressure gauge and hook it up directly to the engine, then you will know for sure if you have pressure or not and if its the gauge in the car or not.
