Key Fob Problems

I Have A '97, Only One Key Fob. It Worked Excellent For 6 Months After I Bought The Car Used. I've Tried Everything,new Batt. It Looses It's Memory After A Couple Minutes.

Try cleaning the contacts with either contact cleaner, alcohol or a pencil eraser. Then bend the contacts up slightly to increase pressure on the battery. Re-sync if required and off you go!

Same thing happened to me, I tried everything, finally wound up buying a new one. Need a spare battery? Fresh out of the box?
