Stage 2 racing chip

Anyone have any experience or opinion on a gorillaZ stage 2 racing chip? Being advertised for 40 bucks,claims to add 40 Hp.Attaches to intake sensor, supposedly increasing top end and acceleration. It's a resistor that plugs into your AIT sensor and tricks your car into thinking the incomming air is very cold, therefore adding fuel and timing. During the summer your car will ping big time. You can get the resistor at radio shack for about 40 cents.

The chick in the picture sure is a little hottie though. Pretty face and overall nice body but from the looks of that torso though she could use a little silicone upgrade herself.
