Problems with lights dimming after start up
All,
Does anyone else have or had problems with the headlights dimming a lot after start up. I really notice it the first 5 miles or so. I do let the engine warm up for a few minutes but as I drive the lights dim a lot for a second or two and the voltage drops 3-4 volts, then everything goes back to normal. It does this 5-10 times before finally stopping.

When your engine/exhaust is cold, the air pump fires up to add fresh air to the exhaust for smog reasons. Once the car is "warmed up" it will no longer do this.
Change your belts and battery. If that does not make it stop clean all of your grounds.
