Climate control only blows hot

Default Climate control only blows hot
Does anyone have any idea why my climate control only blows hot air. I can crank it down to the coolest setting and it still blows HOT air. The fan speed works, just the temp doesn't change. Being winter, its not that bad but come summer

Yes, the A/C turns on. I heard that all I need to do is disconnect the battery for a little while to reset the HVAC. Has this worked for anyone?

Pull HVAC fuse #27 to cycle/recalibrate the actuators while the car is at idle. Sounds like the LH actuator is stuck. Do you have HVAC codes 0363 or 0441?
