HELP!!! Fuel Pump
I just got done doing a LPE fuel pump in my 99. Car will now not crank. Fuel pump is not working. I checked the fuel pump (4 wire) connector for power with the key ON. Nothing is hot. Should one of the four be hot. I also checked for power at the relay and no power, but at the fuel pump Fuse there is power. Should anything be HOT.
Dont know what to do.

Sorry guys jumped the gun. I have power at pump( Bad ground on test light). Must be bad pump.
do you have a ground?you can have all the power you want,without a ground the pump won't run.do you have a schematic of how this pump gets wired in?
