I got to work on it about 4 hours off and on, that includes running back to auto parts since I have an empty can of anti-seiz. I have the driver side done and all back together. I pulled the passenger side apart and removed the starter and its ready for the header. I just ran out of time. So far it hasnt been to bad, cant wait to get it finished.
On my back. I bought some 6 ton jack stands that hold the car high enough easily. I could have done it on a lift next week but figured I would try it the hard way. Its reall not a bad install at all, well atleast the side I have done already wasn't bad.
Sounds like you're moving right along. I don't know if LG recommends you remove the passenger side valve cover or not, my Dynatech instructions said it should be removed. I ended up being able to slide the header through the passenger side without removing the valve cover. Good luck, you'll enjoy the gains.

Put the street series on a week ago. Pulled off the valve cover and it dropped right in. Did not have to move the starter. Just took a little "nudge".
And I haven't done one of these in 25 years.................
I put the passenger side in from the top by just taking the coil packs and oil tube off that side. Instead of a nudge, I'd try a twist and they go right in.
I didnt work on it today but I will finish it tomorrow. It shouldnt take long, all I have to do is drop in the passenger header and put it back together. The driver side is all put back together.
Header install is complete!!! It took about 6 hours taking my time with hand tools. I did it on jack stands, and I am not sure how much easier a lift would have made it, since it wasn't bad. When I do my friends car I may do his on the lift just to see which is easier. The headers sound great, my car sounds completly differnt now. I already had borla mufflers, so now with headers and no cats its pretty loud when you get on it. The only thing 2 things I didn't like were the cheap header gaskets that were included and they didn't come with no plugs for the rear o2 bungs. I had to install my front o2's in the holes to plug them since I can't find plugs that size anywhere local.
LG Motorsports customer service is top notch, and very friendly when you call. I look forward to doing business with them again when I buy my cam.

just asking, why not run all 4 sensors....front and rear???
use the OEM gaskets, they work fine and last long time

What did you use for the front O2's, doesn't the PCM require them for correct air fuel mixture?
Negative. Without cats you only use the rear o2's in place of the front sensors. Without a tune you'll use the supplied sims. I did'nt like not getting plugs for the rear bungs either, but I picked some up on ebay..

We said the same thing. My headers didnt come with sims just the adapter to plug the rear o2 into the front plug.
