Default 90mm Throttle Body?

I was poking around online, and I found this 90mm TB. Anyone have it? Looks great. CNC too.

$500 duckets for a TB? Looks purdy, but I'd lean towards the LS2 90mm TB for $200.

My LS2 Tb works great even before it was ported. Price was very right.

Yeah price is a bit steep, but to be full CNC Billet Aluminum AND 90mm.....HIGHLY considering it.

If you're going to put a 90mm TB in and spend that kind of money you should only consider the best - Nick Williams - no tuning problems , codes, etc.

The LS2 throttle body control motor isn't compatible with the LS1 system. How did you hook it up? By the way, I've had one of these ComTech throttle bodies for over a year, and I can tell you it's a kick-*** piece. I don't know about any of the other brands but it has performed flawlessly.

I thought the motor on the TB was a different connection, operated on the other side and a different way......

Thanks for the feedback.

Any codes or re-tuning needed? Was it really Plug N Play?

I ran across this one (link below) from LG Motorsports. Looks nice and doesn't require any additional porting (per LGM). Costs more than the LS2 TB but once you factor in the cost to hand port the stock TB it is probably a wash. Given that I personally would take something like this for consistency.

I've got a couple NW90mm TB's I need to get rid of and will help with the tuning. I like the fact that the NW90mm needs no porting and opens in the same direction as the standard LS1 style TB.

The motor is fully compatible with the C5. There are PNP harnesses from vendors - I forget where I got mine. Installed the FAST LSX and LS2 Tb and drove away. The car idled fine even with my cam. PHIL97SVT ported the intake and Tb when he installed the new heads. Everyone has reported the LS2 Tb is very easy to tune.

The LS2 TB works like a top, it is the FAST intake that is challenging.

Katech plug-n-play harness adaptor, is about $50.

Does the ls2 tb bolt up to a fast 90mm intake. Don't the ls1 and ls2 tb's have a diffrent bolt pattern. And PHIL97SVT what do you mean by diffrent direction. Does the blade open in the oppisit direction? Does it affect airflow negitvly?

LS1 and LS2 throttle bodies open up 180 degrees from each other. The LS2 throttle body bolts right up to the fast 90

NW 90 opens in from the top, similar to LS1
