Knocking at idle and lite acceleration?

Knocking at idle and lite acceleration?
My 2001 Coupe has 4,000 miles on it and I will be bringing it in for an oil change next Friday. I'm also going to have the dealer look at a few things in regards to fit and finish:
1) Driver seat leans towards the door
2) Rattle coming from front driverside pilar
3) Wind nose coming from back of driver window and coupe roof
4) Crackling noise coming from both roof panels.
5) Oil consumption - just checked the oil and it is just above the add line...
6) Is a pretty loud knocking sound normal at idle or lite acceleration? I had a 99' Lightning that had the same type of sound - but it went away as soon as the car warmed up.
I love the Vette, but I wonder sometimes about a $46,000 car having so many little fit and finish problems.
