I just installed Kooks on the car and had it downtown last night and threww a couple codes and check engine light came on, here's codes 10 PCM P0420 and 0430 C and h, and that equates to ; Low Efficiency Band 1-A and 2-A resepctively.
are you running cats? then again, even if you were, they are probably high flows.you have 2 choices, either get a set of simms or edit the rear o2's out.if you are using cats and rear o2's make sure there are no air leaks around the o2's

Any ideas

The lower efficiency of the cats makes the PCM think that they have lost effiency. I'd have a tuner turn them off, don't think you can modify the test parameters.

Thanks guys,
dbd, I do have cat the matrix high flow. I looked and saw no visible signs of leaks. I can clear the codes, and run up and down the hyw. no problem. It's when I sit and idle that this happens.

the rear o2's are cooling off.a couple of ways to fix it:
get it tuned out
try new rear o2's[newer heaters]
install simms
the higher flowing/efficent cats are blowing so much by the 02's[cooling them] that their voltages are staying in sync with the fronts[that's how the pcm knows cat efficency,by looking at the fronts and comparing the rears,if they are close to being the same voltages, the pcm fails the cats].make sure they are tight,no leaks around them[up/down stream]within 6" .if all is ok,try new rear o2's.you can check the o2 fuse for ha-ha's but i would assume it's good because you just have cat faults.
