I've been reading the comments around after market exhausts for quite a while. I get my jollies from putting my foot in it occasionally but most of my driving is at highway speed. When at speed, I don't really care about noise much and actually would rather not have much of it. I am leaning toward the Corsa Touring. Am I making a mistake installing afer market exhaust when considering the noise I might get at 55-70 MPH.
You are not making any mistake by changing from your stock exhaust. I switched to the Corsa Indy with Classic Tips. For better results, add long tube headers! The Corsa's give that great sound when you 'put your foot into it' and are pretty quiet at cruising speeds. Check your local area and maybe a fellow member can give you a ride in their car so you can check out the noise. I have done it for a couple of people local to me.
I had the same dilemma, Too me 6 mo to decide on the Corsa Indy exhaust. Best decision I made. You wont be disappointed. I would get the Indys, sound a little louder at idle than stock and is as quiet as stock at highway speeds but when you get on them you really hear them and they are sweeet!

I agree with this. I just got the Corsa Indy exhaust also. It is very quiet at highway speeds with no drone at all. I would recommend this exhaust.
