After I cleaned out the four wiper motor 'utters' due to random wiper movement at any unknown time. So I put back everything together as it was before but this time a new quirk has arisen. Now the wipers only work in hyper-speed & nothing else; I have a manual that is one of those preproduction kind & really has a LOT of missing or misprinted info. I think the solution to this problem was the wiper motor cover; can anyone concur with this solution or where to start next?

What I did was remove the entire assy by disconnecting motor & removing the plastic fasteners. Then just cleaned the thing & put it back in reverse order.
