The only thing the F45 reads is the shocks, sways are completely untouched, and springs shouldn't be monitored unless it was through the shock's feedback. I know of a bunch that have changed sways without problems, not completely sure about the springs.
Check this out Slow, what do you want to know about lowering and modifing an F45 equiped car? I have T1 bars, VB&P 850lb front spring, poly bushing kit, and the car is lowered 1 1/2", I have never gotten a code! I am taking the Vette to the dealership tomorrow to take the F45 option out of the BCM via a Tech II program tool, so that I can install some Biltstein sport shocks when I get them. I have today Hotchkins, but stock spring and shocks.
