Thanks all for your consideration. I'll need to re-route the lines that pass by the engine oil pan and head up to the radiator. There is a coupling that can be disconnected there by the bell housing. What type of fitting is that? BSP, NPT, AN? What I need to do is remove the forward hard line and replace it with SS braided lines. I know it's not metric as that came after 2001. Do you have any suggestions on how to make the connection?
step 2: I want to move the tranny cooler to the rear brake duct opening. What I forsee is cutting the oil return line 1-2 feet from the tranny and flaring the pipe ends and coupling that to SS braided lines as well. The factory transmission hard lines are 3/8" OD. Where can I find the nuts and fittings to splice into the line?
