I just installed a Corsa x-pipe and Pace Car system. After spending almost 2 hours, I still can't seem to get the tips aligned correctly. The outer 2 tips stick out slightly farther than the inner 2.
Anyone have a close up pic of their tips? Do they line up flush?
I'm not sure if this answers your question, but I want to give you a piece of advice. When installing my Corsas, I noticed two things:
1) Make sure and use all adjustments that are available
2) You can crank 'm tight, but they kept moving - tack weld did the trick for me
Regarding #1, I had to shorten them up and turn them because after settling they would rest against the back bumper (bad bad bad) which was most likely going to begin to see stress cracks. As for #2, I would lift the car, align, tighten like crazy, drive around the block, and they would be outta whack (not aligned). Only after a small tack weld did they stay.
