DIC codes, please help
The last time I posted about codes, I was told if I posted the code, you guys would be all over it 
I got a code again this morning and the check engine light popped on. It was code PO137 with H C after it. A few minutes later it was only H. But the check engine light wouldn't turn off until I reset it. This is the third time this has happened. Can someone shed some light on what maybe is causing this and if I can fix it or if I have to go to the stealership.

your fault is for the left rear[bank 1 /sensor 2,].when i posted i was going off the top of my head. anyway,you can check the connection,but if you have no air leaks/exhaust leaks around the sensor,it is probably bad.it's pretty easy to replace

you have to get to the H pipe.the o2 comes out of the left tube but plugs into the right front of the car.it's easy but tedious.get yourself a o2 sensor socket,you'll strip it with just a open end wrench[the size is 7/8"]
