yellow folia-tec paint question
i want to paint my calipers yellow. does the foilia -tec yellow paint match the millenium yellow on the c5?if not is it close enough ? pics would be cool too . thanks .brad

It matches like HELL. Don't use it! :mad
If you are into yellow, find a mechanic who can locate high temp aircraft paint and matches to your Mill Yellow. I ended up using Folia Black with Red Pads.

Foliatec does NOT match...it is much much paler.
I sprayed my calipers with Black VHT...then painted the CORVETTE letters with FoliaTec yellow. The yellow is so insignificant, you can hardly notice the color variation.

I used the FoilaTech Yellow... and while it is not a perfect match... I am happy with it.
When the car is inside in the garage you can really tell the difference as the Millennium Yellow takes on an orangeish tint, but outside in the daylight the difference is hardly noticeable.
Others told me not to use it, but the kit was given to me free and I really like the hardened, glossy "look" of the foilatech as compared to some of the other paints available.
