Prepping Used Pads
I am purchasing a set of used pads (Carbotech panther plus). I have a set of rotors that came off a C6 with 150 miles.
Do I need to do anything to the pads before installing? (The pads were run for one 20 min track session and removed, looks like there is 3/8" pad remaining)
I plan on cleaning the rotors with brake cleaner, and then bedding the pads properly. Anything else?

If you plan on staying with the Carbotech's in the future, get a new set of rotors and break them in with the used ones. When you get new pads, you rotors will already be matched to them. It is the transfering of the metal material from pad to rotor that give the best results.
