got my Kooks headers today!
However, I do believe they sent me the wrong ones. Well, one of them at least. I ordered the 1 3/4 97-04 C5 longtubes with no emissions
fittings. The drivers side has no emissions fitting, however the passenger side has this wierd thing on the top of the 3rd primary. It is a small tube welded on the top, and it is threaded. However, it doesn't go all the way through. Do you guys have any idea what it is for?

Really?! The dipstick mounts to the exhaust? C'mon don't mess with me I'm a few miles from my car right now I can't run and check on it until later!

are you talking about the mount on my header tube? it's def. the dipstick mount
