I replaced one last year, it came as a kit with the boot, grease and both clamps. I'll warn you right now you need to different clamp pliers to install the boot so unless you plan on doing this more or like to accumulate tools just take it to a shop.

I'm looking for a good source for the boot, grease and clamps. Sounds like you found them. Can you tell me where you got yours?

Local Chevy dealer or you can call Ken Fichtners or Fred Beans for a discount, just make sure you get the CV boot repair kit not just the CV boot and don't let the guy at the counter try to convince you that it's not sold as a kit because it is, they have to scroll all the way to the end of the parts section to see the service kits.
Everything is still in good shape. There was a 3/16 inch slit between the edge of the hub and the big clamp. Just enough grease came out to make a mess inside the wheel. The car is 8 years old so I'm going to do them all while I'm into it.
