oil pan baffle clearance?

oil pan baffle clearance? (windage tray)
for those who have dealt with the rod bolts hitting the oil pan baffle...
I am putting together an iron block 408. It has an eagle 4.000 crank and callies compstar rods with ARP bolts. The bolts are not clearing the oil pan baffle. It is hitting on several rod cap bolts. I was wondering if anyone has dealt with this by stacking like 2 washed on each main cap stud and then setting the baffle on those. Or if i should just clearance the **** out of the baffle. Some may need to go all the way through though. Any input would be appreciated !!
