you will ruin the parking brake if you use it for any other reason. not designed to use when in motion. takes no time at all to cause lots of $$$$ in repairs. dont try it, you will regret

If you yank your e-brake at speed you will loop the car, causing a emeringcy. 
Rember its only locking up the rear tires. If you know what your doing it could be fun 
You could use it to start a drift, but vetts have enough power anyway. If you still have 1 piece rotors you WON'T damage any thing. Its just a mechanical drum brake. What you will do eventialy is were out the shoe lining, like any brake pad. My rotors have aluminum hats and if I pull my e-brake at speed it WILL mess up my rotor hats.
