Yep, that sucks! Oh well I did the same thing. Read all the CL posts and sat on my duff hoping it would never happen to me. Low and behold I was stuck in my garage. At least you can't blame it on ignorance

I got lucky. I took my 99 in for a oil change today and asked them to look at a rumble in the rear end. The service rep fired up his terminal and l was the instant recipient of a recall. Of course I didn't get it back tonight so there is some rain on my sunny day.
