it is my understanding that all C5's use a 78MM TB - the MAF on an LS6 is larger thus is the subsequent rubber intake connectors on that portion of the air bridge.

The LS2 - is the 90MM unit - a lot of guys go with the FAST 90 intake and the 90MM TB as an induction upgrade (not for a stock motor though)

On 01s and later, all C5s have the larger 85mm MAF and ducting. 02 and up Zs have the foam screen deleted and a PCM change to handle it. That's the only difference in MAFs and TBs. The Zs also have bigger air inlets on the airbox.
