Right Door Power Lock/window Non-op... Advice

Right Door Power Lock/Window Non-Op... POSSIBLE CAUSE(S)??
Lowered the passenger side window (99 Coupe) this morning....and it's STILL DOWN!!! In addition to this, the passenger side power door lock is also non-operational. The drivers side power acuators have no effect.
I've checked the #30 fuse (Right Door Control Module) and # 31 (Power Feed Right Door) and they appear to be "OK"...I' going to replace them just the same.
ANY ideas of what I may be dealing with?????

No unusual noises were heard when the window was lowered, nor when I've tried to raise the window...

check for faults,you probably have have faults for the r/d control module.check the wiring in between the body and the door[accordian]for broken wires,etc.more than likely you have a bad door control module
