Default Valve Springs

I am placing a cam in my LS6 motor and the heads are stock and the cam spec are 228/228 585 LSA 112. I knew I had to replace the the stock springs. So I just purchased a set of AFR dual valve springs from a CF Member and a set of retainers from Andy at A&A. Will they work on a set of LS6 243 stock heads? I know this is a bad time to asked the question but. If the springs don't have a spec sheet where can I go to find the seat pressure, bind pressure and othe specs I need to know? or should I resale the springs and retainers and buy a set from GM. Or can some recommend a set that will fit the LS6 heads.

This is from LS1 Tech. The info is contained in the sticky at the top of the LS1-LS6 Internals forum. The author is JRP.

Patriot Gold Duals: The PP Golds come on all PP heads. PP are the only genIII spring setup to use the super 7 10* locks.

O.D 1.29
135lbs @ 1.800
385lbs open
coil bind @ 1.08
.650 lift

My Personal Indepedently tested PP golds:

seat: 143 lbs @ 1.800
open: 363 @ 1.200
coil bind: 1.060
Clearance: .140
spring rate: 367

These are the springs on my AFR 205's. I don't see any reason why they wouldn't work if they are in good shape. Hope this helps
