2 step
i have a 2 step left from my ws6 and want to put it on my Z (i just ordered the drag pack 
). i have all the bolt ons, cam, and a built diff. if i launch off the 2 step am at risk of breaking the rear? on my ws6 i used to dump the clutch with H\C and 150 shot all day and never had a problem. i know the IRS is alot more fragile than a 12 bolt but i am not going to be launching off the jug. J-rod, Robz, Phil, Blubyu, i would realy like your input since you guys are part of the elite gear bangers. thanks.

It's impossible to say whether or not you'll break an output shaft. Dumping the clutch on a stock diff with slicks is enough to break the output shaft...eventually. I got away with it for a while but eventually broke it at the line. And it was the short shaft at that! That was with 410rwhp on a 50 degree day.
You should be safe for a while with a built diff.
