Rocking seat fix
I know this subject has been clubbed to death, I have the instructions from another forums post with pictures, My question is , has anyone done this fix because, I would like to know how them Plastic ***** go Back into the track, after the fix has been done.

Do not remove the *****. They don't have to come out to fix this problem. If you take them out, you are killing time and effort for nothing.
That said, if you have already taken them out; then you put them back in reverse order of how you took them out. Use a flat head screw driver to pry the tracks apart just enough to get them back in one at a time.
