The stock air bridge flows very well. I have seen them on 500 + rwhp cars with no problems. Unless you have plans to build a stroker, the stock bridge is fine. On stock displacement motors most guys change them for appearance not performance gains.
Its not an intake runner. Reduce air flow resrtiction and get the airbridge and duct. It is an improvement but not very big on measured gains. This one is in the bigger throttle body camp in that a bigger passage passes more air. It isnt filling a specified container size as in the intake runner and a cylinder. It is like a hose passing water under a continuous flow....bigger is better. None is best as proven many times by removing the air cleaner assembly altogether and seeing the results on a dyno.
