Please evaluate my mods!
About 4 years ago, with about 7k on the clock, my '00 coupe pulled 334RWH/334RWT with the following mods:
Donaldson/Blackwing intake with cold air (bottom-feeding) box
removed MAF screen
Corsa Indys
Very good numbers I thought, for these mods.
I have since added a BPP power duct and plan the following additional mods for this spring (after she goes off extended warranty!) The car now has about 31K on it.
LG Pro headers, with cats.
LS6 intake
swap Corsas for Z06 ti's (to ease off a bit on the sound increase resulting from the addition of the headers)
What kind of numbers would expect from these changes? Will the Z06 Ti's flow well enough for this setup? Any cost-effective suggestions? I'm looking for around 375/375. I realize that peak numbers don't tell the whole story. What I'm really looking for is a big improvement throughout the RPM range and think that this should do it. What do you think? Thanks!

Not to be a pesimist, but I don't know if you will get that, maybe close. I have an 01, blackwing intake, long tubes, hi flow cats, underdrive pulleys, MTI stealth cam and it dynoed 375. My car is the 01 so it has the ls6 intake already, but this was dynoed with the stock mufflers, so maybe you having the z06 mufflers will be even for the cam and pulleys I'm up on you!?!?! I don't kow just how restrictive the stock mufflers are, but I do know the z06's flow nice!!! I actually have since put those on my car!! I hope it works out, hopefully you will exceed those goals!!

Don't take this wrong, but those numbers sound like they came off a VERY customer friendly dyno. I got similar numbers only AFTER installing my LGM LTs... 335/353 with LTs, LS6 intake/ injectors, Shaner Ported Tbody, high flow cars, 3inch xPipe, and stingers, with a custom LS1 edit tune. Now, With my TR224 114LSA cam, big valve heads and same headers and cats to a bassani Xpipe and Z06 mufflers I'm at 386/382.
My car's been through four dyno sessions and the last one switching only from stingers and a custom Xpipe back to a bassani and Z06 Ti mufflers gained me 11HP and 10#ft. torque. The Ti mufflers aren't restrictive. The key is to retune after putting them on. You'll be a little bit richer in your fuel until you do, which will hurt your numbers.
Just don't be surprised if you don't see big numbers... That way, if you DO, you can be pleasently surprised. Nothing like thinking you're gonna be at XXX and finding out you're 30HP lower than you hoped! Don't ask how I know that feeling!
Mike
Very true. Believe me, nobody likes to pay good money for bad numbers! My test was during a "dyno day for C5's". No brag, but my car seemed to do better than others with similar mods, which came in 5-10 hp less. Dunno.

The TI's are fine. I doubt that you will get the numbers you want by adding headers. You will need a cam to get to that mark.
