hardened pushrods
ported ls6 oil pump
roller rockers

may as well pin the crank while you are there. would save you a lot of grief if you ever decide to go FI in the future.

You really arn't providing enough info for me but dude that is a big *** cam for a driver, It's going to be all top end from what I can tell by those numbers. That cam is going to be way more than your stock heads will be able flow and with that lift I hope you like changing springs. If your going to do this do it right with some stage II or III heads that are matched to that cam. Also I would not do the under drive pully. From what I have seen first hand the gain isn't worth the cost or the charging system issues if you don't do the alt over drive pully with it. Also if your an A4 you will have to change out your stall if you ever want to idle that pig. If you have an M6 then you got off the hook with that one.

The following is a list of what I change out as part of a cam swap.
1. Double Roller Timing Chain
2. Hardend pushrods
3. Ported oil pump
4. Duel Springs if I'm not changing to Stage II or III's that already have them.
5. Timing cover gasket
6. Oil ring seal - blue -
7. New crank bolt
8. Cam seal
9. Water pump gaskets
10. Fresh Oil
11. Kick *** tune
