Take out all the bolts and screws holding the fender on, remove or loosen any other parts as needed, such as front facia, keep removing bolts and screws until fender comes off... reverse to install.
I remember someone putting up a good diagram for the installation of the rear fascia, maybe they will come here and help you out. If not, you can do a search for rear fascia and PM the guy who put up the diagram and see if he can send you the pics.
call Fred Beans in Pa, it's the GM shop manual from Helms, about $120/130 depending on year
T-15 and a deep 10mm socket are needed, is the fender already painted? it will need to be edged off the car before the install, very easy to remove/replace
