Of course, you haven't made a post yet that doesn't have Vette Doctors in it. Nothing against them; I have even recommended them to guys in the NYC area, but quit being a shill.

I think I am leaning more and more towards the LG Pros. From what I have heard they will produce some nice tunes through my stock titanium mufflers.

What does a shop generally charge to install headers?

One of the few around here with Melrose headers, X-Pipe and random cat's. No dyno numbers yet, but the sound and power is there!

TPIS jet hot coated here with x pipe. Been on since 2000. 1 3/4" primary tubes when most were running 1 5/8. Still look good, I upgraded to 3" mid pipes and no cats, took the output from 413/390 to 422/398 sae rwhp. Only problem in 5+ years is 2 of the air injection tubes cracked, had to have them welded up, an irritant, not a biggie.

After going through much of what you may be going through now, I just (as of today) went with the LG Streets for a couple of reasons (1) Price or "bang for buck" and (2) knowing your intented use. Also, after calling just about every vendor, I found Chris at LG Motrsports to very cusomer oriented. (my .02)

Well, I'm pretty bummed........

Last week (around 2/20) I decided to go with the LG LT Pro system w/cats & x-pipe and get the entire shebang Jet Hot coated. Paid the money via PayPal so there would be no delay, and Anthony told me the headers were going out the door to get Jet Hot coated. He figured it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get them back and shipped off to me.

Well tonight I got an email from Anthony stating that the system never went out the door at all and just left TODAY (actually yesterday) over a week later, to get coated.

I'm kind of big on omens, and now that warm fuzzy feeling I had about this whole thing just evaporated..........

I as well (Jet Hot and all) although I'm not in so much of a hurry cuz, well, winter isn't near over here yet. In the end I went w/ LG's after contacting many companies and getting the best, most complete repsonses from LG. I think it'll be worth it.

Yeah, you are probably right. I did a lot of research as well, which is why I chose the LGM Pro setup. The Jet Hot coating just seemed the sensible thing to do as well.

Patience never was one of my virtues, I guess....
