I wouldn't think so unless your car weighs 6000 pounds

A 295mm width tire size will "work" on an 10.5 inch wide width wheel. However, an 305mm tire size is a more appropriate tire width size for a 10.5 inch wide wheel. Good luck to you.

OEM C5 Z06 is a 295 tire on a 10.5" rim

the only thing to worry about with that tire is the outer diameter being to small. w/o looking it up I'm not sure how far off it is, but a 295/35-18 (OEM Size for the Z06) would be better.

If you outer diameter of the tire is smaller than the front tire you could have problems with the TC and AH, and the speedometer will be off a little unless you reprogram it, but I'm not sure w/o looking it up.

That's what one tire is rated to support. Your car has 4 tires. If each one supports 1447 lbs, that means your car should weigh no more than 5788 lbs.

Typical C5 tire supports about 800lbs.
