This mod alone may not be the "magic bullet" such as a big ticket mod like headers, cam, supercharger, etc.... but it is one more small piece of the puzzle and each piece works together with the other small pieces to add up to something bigger. Not everyone is interested in making such radical and expensive changes to their cars (H/C pkg or F.I.). I think it only makes sense that this mod will contribute in a positive way to your cars overall performance. That being said go for it and find out for yourself, afterall $300.00 is chump change when it comes to getting performance out of your corvette. I know it is on my list of future mods.

I have a 99 FRC. I first Dyno'd at 316rwhp. Then I installed Stainless Works headers and an LS6 manifold. I went back to the same dyno and did 347rwhp. I gained 31rwhp. I don't think all of that 31 rwhp was from th headers alone, I feel I can assume some of it came from the intake. I do agree that they worked together, but if your plans include headers in the future it would be $300 well spent if you are looking for a little 'kick in the pants' now.
