These are Factory GM parts with a 1yr warranty, if you look at the others, such as the ones listed(and by no means am I trying to discredit the others, just trying to point out some things the consumer should beware of when purchasing Slotted/Drilled rotors), they only have a 30 day warranty, the longest warranty I have seen for meduim to lower priced packages has been 90 days.
And the Factory GM ceramic pads come with all the necessary clips for them.
And No I am not affiliated with the company in the ad, I just did some research while shopping, and thought Id pass on the material to the forum members,Ideally I wish I could afford a 2000k set of eradispeeds, but for now, these will do for the Price.
The only things about the AC/Delco is that they are not zinc washed... which means you will have to paint them to prevent rust.
If you want to go that Route call Gene at Fred Beans.(supporting vendor) he should be able to beat that eBay buy it now $$$ by enough to make the call more than worth your while...
They do take a fews days to reply to emails....I just ordered a set of Sportbrakes....What I don't understand though, is when I received the full set of drilled/slotted rotors for my 2000, is the break-in procedure.
It makes sense and all, but they say that the procedure is to "wear off the zinc coating"....What the he11 would be the point of having the coating on there in the first place if the break-in procedure is designed to remove it? Maybe I'm missing something here....
These are probably one of the few good parts deals out there for a C5. Last time I looked they were selling for $300 a set, fronts and rears including shipping. I have slotted/dimpled with about 6k on them with no problems and the zinc coating on the hats still looks brand new.

nikolai... you are... it just wears off of the flame path where the brake pads run. The remainder of the rotor remains zinc coated and will resist rusting for a good while. After a wash the flame path will show surface rust that will disappear quickly as soon as you drive the car and apply the brakes.
