Default some advice please

I've decided to go with the LS7 clutch and I was wondering, do I reuse the flywheel and just resurface it and do I get a c5 clutch bearing and pilot bearing?

I'm in the process of doing the same thing as you and from what I understand you'll need to use an LS-2 flywheel with the LS7 clutch, then the slave cylinder and pilot bearing are the same C5 pieces.

wouldn't the new flywheel need to be rebalanced?

It's good mechanical practice to always replace the bearing with a new clutch

And as far as balancing goes, if you can't buy a matched set (pressure plate disk & flywheel) complete then they would need to be balanced.
