I noticed SLP is offering headers for the LS1. They are stainless and have jet hot coatings. Lenghtwise, they look to be a tad shorter than say LG headers, but definitely longer than shorties. At $799, they appear to be affordable considering they are stainless and ceramic coated. Has anyone tried these out - any dyno #? I think these are essentially the same design that were tested in the C6 in the March Car & Driver.
I changed from TPIS to the SS American Racing Header with high flow cats. Very very nice and sounds much better than my old rusted TPIS stuff. Now have 431 rwhp. Got mine at THE Vette Doctors with a free tune.
I love my SLP's as for the italian crack I'll not comment.
Make the corsa's sound even better. I've had them on since last August
and they have been no problems. Mine's a daily driver.
The new LG street version looks good but they were't around when I purchased mine.
A buddy of mine had them on his zo6, They fit like crap. (his words, not mine) You have to remove the steering shaft to get them in. I would look at lg's street system. they just lowered the price.

I've spoken to a few people who've had them and said the install was a nightmare.
