They come with instructions that're quite clear. The thing is, everybody that DIY has slightly different results. For instance, I had to loosen my starter, but didn't remove any plugs, or even coil packs. This is contrary to other reports. There's a certain amount of wrestling and you'll just have to be patient. The only confusing thing is the O2s, and although the factory has them right wire to left bung, it's right to right, etc. with the headers.
My install was very easy and straight forward, I did remove the coil packs and plugs and also loosened the starter. Just watch the o2 sensors, it was very confusing to me until I thought about it. These headers were a cake install compared to the f body. If you have a question give them a call, they helped me out a few times.

THe O2's are a little tricky. I'll speak meticulously. The front O2's are: right to right side, Left to left side. If you are using the back ones (like I am), they are the opposite. That is, Right rear O2 sensor to left side; Left rear O2 sensor to right side.
We've ahd a few arguements about this on the forum. The shop manual backs this up.
Did mine yesterday with ls1howto.com instructions. Wired my O2 sensors as they were originally. Getting the headers in place is aggravating but doable. I did them both from the top, dropped the oil filter for the drivers' side. I was in the middle of a heads/cam swap so the coilpacks and valve covers were already off. A spare set of hands would have helped immensely...
I watched LG install a set of Pro LTs on my car in their shop, and one trick they have come up with is this:
1. Drill 2 1 1/2" holes in the stiffening plate (stock or Aftermarket like mine) at the location of the O2 bungs in the exhaust pipes.
2. Run O2 leads (with labels to identify proper leads) over the stiffening plate and out the holes by their respective sensors to keep away from the header heat.
Do these headers just bolt right in? I have a '99 w/stock cats, Bassani x-pipe, and Borla Stingers. Is there any cutting or welding required? Is there anything else that I need to buy? Thanks

Normally, they come complete with either off-road pipes or Hi-flow cats and an X-pipe; everything fom cylinder head to cat-back. I think Lou will sell just the headers, but then you're on your own for adapting it. From my experience with the Pro version, they are too long to use the stock cats in the stock location.
