IF YOUR BREATHER IS THE SAME ONE THUNDER RACING SELLS THEN U MUST REMOVE YOUR OIL SPOUT FROM THE VALVE COVER THEN PUT THE BREATHER DIRECTLY INTO THE VALVE COVER
Its tricky getting off. There's a little tab in there that locks it in.You have to lift or move that tab somehow and twist it off.Maybe someone else will chime in with some idea's.
well i got it off (that sounds funny) and installed the breather but then the fuel rail cover wouldn't go on! what the ****? should i just return this thin? i already have a catch can, what do guys think?
I know this may sound stupid but the breather will not fit through the hole on the cover if the breather is already on the valve cover. Put your FRC back on then put the breather on. It sounds like you did the reverse put the breather on first then tried to put the cover on after breather install

QUIMBO SEEYAAAH
i know that, the breather has no angle to it so it is not centered in the hole.
i have the metco setup mbr0003 and if you use the breather that comes with it the hood wont close right. go to pep boys and buy an edelbrock breather cap it fits perfectly in the metco billet insert and the hood closes. it still hits the hood and will leave a little round mark in your hood insulation but works fine and looks great. brad

GM has, since 2000, changed the PCV system untill in, 04 there is no PCV "valve" and the system is closed loop. There are now no vents in the rear of the valve covers. With the LS6 valley cover and a catch can the system works pretty well. I just added GM # 12589430 Cap, oil fill -<$10 (vented) which has another use but is a check valve, allowing pressure out but blocking incoming air. If you pry the cap off you can cut down the spring (shown) to lessen relief pressure to open valve and make a cap that fits perfectly and will relieve any momentary block pressure.
