Did the HUD install.. it's pretty good.. I think I'll eventually get a new dashpad w/HUD and make it perfect.. but, the cluster swap, projector install, harness et al went pretty seemlessly.
Unfortunately, during the reinstall of the center console, I broke one of the studs holding it down. It's one of the studs the 10mm goes on to under the traction control. I snapped it tightening the nut. Strange, didn't feel like it was all the way tight yet.
Question: can I some how JB weld that stud back on? Is there a simple way to replace it? I probably don't need it... but, want it to be right.

Don't think JB Weld is going to do the job. I would suggest drilling it out, taping new threads and installing a new stud.
BTW, I would suggest you stay away from the ratchet wrench and use a nutdriver with a socket on it in the future. Dayum man, did you eat some Wheaties before starting or what?
