Having a hard time finding polished C5 Speedline wheels, so I am thinking of getting polished C6 wheels. There seems to be a bunch for sale lately at prices of $600-700 for a set of 4.
Now the questions:
1. Will they fit with no spacers? Or other modifications?
2. Can I reprogram the wheel sizes with the Hypertech that I now use?
3. Will the sensors on the C6 wheel work with my '02 vert?
4. If they fit and I can reprogram, is there any other problems lurking out there that I haven't mentioned? Aside from better gas mileage at cruise and slower acceleration?
I have a set of C-6 rims from Discount tire on my 97 coupe. Waaaayyyy cool looking!!! Any wheels put on a C-5 require the correct c-5 wheel sensor (either the 1997-2000 or 2001-2004 sensor). No spacers required if you stay with the stock widths.
