I didn't get a chance to check it out today at all but I think your right about it being unrelated. Now I just have to figure out what it really is now that I've realized that I looked in the wrong section on the Predator when I found the 12 non existent trouble codes. (note to self, don't play with new toys without reading instructions).
Thanks.
Just wanted to update all of you who provided suggestions. I think I have finally gotten the problem taken care of. It had nothing to do with the tunnel plate install or the O2 Sensor, just coincidence (and I thought there was no such thing) that it showed up after the install. Once I figured out that I was reading the Predator incorrectly and that I had no current codes, I put in a new battery (it was needed anyway), but this had no effect on the problem. I also checked the grounds, all look good. I then checked the plug wires (all good, 330-370 ohms readings) and changed the plugs (that was fun - not). This made things a little better but still not right. I then removed the remaining fuel from the tanks and changed the fuel filter. Once that was done the problem was gone. I guess it was the fuel or filter or maybe a combination of both plus the plugs. Which ever it was, its now running good again.

Thanks to all of you who helped out.
I was about to suggest a fuel pressure check here, but seems like you got things covered.
I'm thinking your filter/regulator may have been the problem. It's possible, I guess, that your fuel pressure was low but not low enough to trigger a P0300 (misfire code) also and thereby get a CEL too.
I actually did get the flashing check engine light on one occassion with the P0300 code. However, when I checked it again shortly afterwards the code was gone, not even a history code for it. I didn't reset it to clear it so I don't know what happened to it. Just glad its all better now.
