I finally got my cousin to move into the world of C5 Corvettes, and he bought a nice 2000 Pewter convertible. Unfortunately, the lumbar and bolsters do not work on either seats. Any suggestions on what to look for. Any suggestions from York County,PA C5 owners on a good dealer for him to take his car to for this kind of work. I live in NC and can't help him on that.
I had the same problem and was just looking though some old post and saw where someone said to check the fuse box on the passenger side foot well (#3 fuse).
I am on my 2nd set of seats and have the same problem with both sets, if you find a fix please give me a heads up.

If both seats are dead , I would look into the fuse box, or look under the seat at the plugs. Someone could have had the seats out at some point and didn't plug the harnesses back in
I found that when im driving that my side bolsters seem to go in, but when i want to adjust them out, they dont work. When i stop, and take the key out, the seat goes all the way out and it works. Whew.....good thing, cause i could not even sit in my seat, cause they were all the way in. Anyways, my conclusion is that, there is a short in the wires of when the seat moves forward and backwards, cause if it was a fuse then it wouldn't work in only 1 direction unless 1 of the vacuum hoses had a leak and mine didnt cause i didnt even hear the compressor.
