Seat Track install?
Ron is right on - I just pulled both my seats to swap out with some Caravaggio race seats. Required seat and rail removal!
4 bolts (I want to say 12mm?) - a deep socket helps a bunch. To access the front bolts you remove the covers by pulling the "pin" in the center, the plastic "rivet" comes out and they slide off forwards.
Flip your steering wheel up all the way, helps to have a second person to spot it - there's a single harness to remove. My passenger seat is manual so just the 4 bolts (actually nuts, the seats fasten down to threaded studs).
Be +very+ careful removing the seat - the rail ends can do some damage to the door jam!
Once the seat is out, you'll want to look under it - there's a small flap at the rear of the seat bottom. Under this is a draw string you can untie. This loosens the seat bottom cover so you can lift it up. From there (you don't have to remove it all the way) you can access the 4 bolts that connect the seat frame to the seat rail. I didn't pull my seat bottom (cover/padding) off all the way, just flipped it up from the front once the string was loose.
FWIW, my passenger seat used bolts to the rail, my drivers seat used studs (so I removed the nuts) - weird!
Hope that helps!
