Default PCV Location

I posted some codes a few days ago and was informed i may want to change my PCV. I recall back in the day they were normally located on
top of the drivers side valve cover.

I dont want to start taking things apart and find out it is in a different location sooooo here it goes. Where is it?

Thanks

What year do you have? The PCV was different at different times. The PCV valve can be found attached to the passenger's side of the intake manifold right behind the throttle body. Depending on the year there is or not a port at the rear of the driver's side valve cover with crossover pipes behinf the manifold to a rearward facing fitting on the passengers valve cover. If you don't have this, then you will have a tube coming from the valley cover under the front of the intake manifold and looping to the PCV valve. There is also a fresh air vent from the back of the throttle body to a frontward facing fitting on the passengers valve cover.
Just read you have a 98. I think it is like the first scenario. At least this should get you started.

My 99 was like the first scenario. Also at the rearward facing port is a 'T' or 'Y' fitting. The crossover from behind the manifold goes to one point. Another point goes to the rearward facing port on the passenger valve cover. The third point goes to the PCV valve.
