cel code

check engine light comes on after about 50 miles,display show that they are history codes,I thought I had cleared it but after about an hr of driving the cel appears.How do you clear this code and keep it from coming back? Any help would be appreciated.

it seems sometimes threads/topics appear in bunches....kinda like the latest problem with everyones oil pressure sending units going bad

Your passenger side rear O2 might be bad. Check all the connections, wires, etc. and hopefully you have a scan tool to actually monitor voltage. You can find some detailed diagnostic steps here \.
