You don't need a manual to take the front bumper off-I did it in 30 minutes-just remove the lower air dam spoilers, remove all the lower bolts holding the bumper on, take the 2 bolts loose holding it to the fenders and finally remove the bolts and push pins on top-I seem to recall they are all 10mm bolts, you'll need a long extension and universal joint to get the bolts holding it to the fenders.
